  • Came in for eye shadow after not finding exactly what we wanted at Lancome in Dillards, nothing against Dillards or Lancome, I love both, just didn't have exactly what we wanted. They were super busy being prom day in Gilbertia. Like, really, really busy. Couldn't turn around without running into some giggling, annoying teenager. Remember that tee shirt in the 80's 'I ran into Tammy Faye at the mall'? Yeah, pretty much. We were greeted by the manager, Mary and she was extremely helpful. She took the time to listen to what we were looking for and even though they were 'double booked' offered to find someone to help us and if she couldn't, she'd help us herself. She brought Amy over and she too was very helpful and took the time to listen to what we wanted, did a great job and we walked away with exactly what we were looking for. Great experience! Thanks girls!
