  • BUYER BEWARE !! They are very shady in the business practices, with multiple requests to cancel even through email they continuously charge. The manager Sarah, is not very customer service oriented and her only response is "it's on the contract you signed". There are many Orangetheory facilities and they are independently owned, maybe this is just poor management for this site exclusively
