these people have zero clue about customer service, ignore you, three of them on the phone for 5+ minutes, nobody eve acknowledged my presence...they act like they would be in congress...ignore everyone...on the other hand, they will go to great lengths to sell you on stuff you do NOT need...Mr. Manager with the big photo on the wall, you should take some of that bogus selling effort you teach your employees and channel parts of that into customer service...it might do you some good, trust me...!...remember a good old saying...a bird in hand is a lot more valuable than the one on the tree...!!!!!!!!
