| - After having had my dad take care of my car all of my life, I had my first ever experience with taking care of my car myself yesterday at Chapman Chevrolet, and the experience was beyond positive.
I scheduled an appointment in advance through their website. I was greeted by a concierge upon arrival and directed to the advisor I was scheduled with. Both the concierge and my advisor were exceptionally positive and wonderful to interact with. My advisor checked me in, verified the work to be performed, the estimated amount of time for the service, indicated he was confident he could have it done in less time, then directed me to the waiting area.
The waiting area was clean, stocked with popcorn and gourmet coffee, had an abundance of tables and chairs, free wifi and televisions. At the end of my one hour wait, nearly half the time estimated for the service, my advisor personally retrieved me from the waiting area, explained the outcome of my service, took my payment, and walked me to my car. As if all of that wasn't enough, I arrived at my car to find it had been washed, the windows had been cleaned, and the tires had been dressed.
For my first ever experience, it was unbelievably positive. I will most definitely return to Chapman for all of my future service, and highly recommend it to anyone else.
