rev:text	I had this company cleaned my house for the first time last Monday, 2 ladies arrived. Eva and forgot the other ladies name. It took them 4 hours to clean. Eva is nice but she talks a lot made it consume time and made them took longer to clean. The other girl is quiet but don't do a good job so Eva always have to check her work. When the other lady cleaned our downstairs bathroom and she said she was done, I went to use the bathroom and noticed the baseboard was dusty as well as the toilet paper holder so I told Eva about it and that's when she mentioned she's new that's why and she'll check and let her know. When they're all done after 4 hours, I didn't have time to check everything as we were rushing to go to our apt as we were already late expecting they were going to be done in 3 hours but didn't. So I just tipped both of them, gave goodies to Eva and dug out. When I came home and about to use the bathroom I noticed they didn't clean the master bathroom tub so I end up cleaning it before I took a shower. I wish I didn't tip them, don't get me wrong they were nice but could have done a better job and if Eva stops talking a lot while working, she can accomplish more.! Update to my review: After Owner red my review she contacted me right away and offered for them to come back and reclean but due to my busy schedule I told Elena I can't have another 4 hours of free time so then offered a full refund since they have a satisfaction guarantee which I even forgot about it and she reminded me. She was very concerned about my review and wanted to take necessary action ASAP. With that I'm giving them 4 stars and updating my review bec they deserve a 2nd chance.
