  • By far one of the best Customer Service experiences you could ever ask for! So my wife and I have been shopping at this store for the past 3 years and pretty much have bought everyone of our Apple products from this location, why, well because of the Customer Service! It has always surprised me, no mater if I'm in to by a Macbook or just to get a wire, I have always received the best Customer Service. The place is always busy but usually it doesn't take longer than a minute before someone is at your side willing to help. What blows my mind is that this place takes care of you! They have taken returns from me when it was past the return date, they have replaced a friends iPhone when they didn't have to and even replaced a friends iPad screen for free without having a warranty. Now I'm not saying they will do whatever it takes but they will do what ever they can. Just be straight forward and honest and you'd be surprised what kind of service you will get! The only downfall and main reason why its not a full 5 star (and I know its not really their fault but rather corporate) is that I which they would do in house upgrades...
