I know churros. So anything else anyone says is irrelevant.
I've ate through the ones in southern parts of Mexico, waiting to cross the border in Tijuana, Churros Calientes in LA, Fernandos Churros in my hometown, El Charrito in Salinas and I can honestly say this is a classic Mexican churro. One that you would get on the streets of Mexico City.
If you say anything else, you're on something. It's solid, the warmth is there, the fluffiness cannot be denied, if you're into fillings they've got it for you. The price is reasonable, the vendor is an actual Mexican.
If you're in the area go to Latino Emporium (across the street) grab an Inca Cola, then come here for a churro or two and you'll be speaking spanish in no time.
