  • I would like to say that what we thought was a good place to do business and the person to deal with which was Carol with NOT!!! We dealt with what we thought was a kind, honest car dealer. My husband after woking a double shift went into just too look and see about trading in our leased 4 Runner. Getting into a nice used pre owned certified smaller SUV. With a lesser payment. My husband found what he thought was a good deal to lower our payments and get us back on track. A used Jeep Cherokee. Asked for a Car Fax, which he never got, and forgot about being tired after asking Carol. She was just hurry up this is such a great deal it won't be here long, smoking deal and I would be saving you money getting you out of your lease and getting you an amazing, great vehicle. With the I'm as honest as the day is long crap. Asking them to please detail it out, fill it with gas, throw in a dash mat. As the glare on the new smaller SUV's is quite bad. Oh no can't do that. Finally they did fill the jeep up with gas as they were getting the 4 Runner filled up. Needless to say. My husband didn't get the Car Fax. So we paid $40.00 to get our own Car Fax online.Just a wives thought something was not right. This hurry up and get this deal done. My husband did. Had too go back for the car to be filled up and cleaned properly. As they did such a crappy job the first time. Guess, what we got. A used rental car, from Tulsa OK. Sold at auction that they had bought two weeks prior. Do you think that was just a coincidence that my husband Rod never received the Car Fax. I don't!! Carol knows how rentals are treated and beat on and then also bought at auction. No thank you she know's us. If we would have know this information there would have been no deal. My husband is a honest hard working man and I am disabled. We do NOT lie, deceive, or wear two masks. Carol wears many, one as the sweet honest car sales person and the real her. We sure found out what she really was. Never would we have bought this vehicle. This place, and this saleswoman or crook will never take advantage of us again. Hopefully you reading this will also not go thru what we just did. Avoid this dealership like the plague. Believe nothing they say. Unless you would like to get well you know what !!
