  • Just tried calling to ask a couple questions. The employee literally said "I actually have a bunch of customers and I don't have time to socialize with you" and hung up. That was the exact thing he said. Damn. Being in sales/customer service and management for nearly 7 years, I know poor service when I come across it. I'll be sure to tell my friends and family in Arizona to avoid at all costs. There were SO many other ways this could have been worded. I didn't speak to the owner (apparently a nice guy based on other reviews), but your employees reflect your store. Great first impression!!!!!!
