| - This one star reflects my experience with the front desk staff. The vet nurses and doctors seem fine and I have not had a negative experience with them. However, I don't care for the front desk ladies. They are an incompetent, rude and snooty bunch and I wish I could skip the front desk----.
For instance, they cannot even spell my pet's name right. I have been a pet owner for more than a decade and have been to several vet's office, yet I have never come across a receptionist who cannot spell my pet's name---except these front desk staff. Okay, nobody is perfect. When I ask her to correct it, she give me a really nasty look as if it was my fault that she made the mistake. She is rude to my reasonable request.
I also ask them to send me a copy of the estimate and consent forms via e-mail. Needless to say, they ignore my request.
I also ask them to correct my last name and my husband's last name, too. Yeah, they are pretty rude about that too.
I ask them, through the doctor, to correct my bill because I was overcharged. Again, they never apologize to me and blame their "computer system" for the overcharge.
I call them about my pet's no-so-improved conditions. Until they get hold of a vet tech (nice and competent), they don't answer any of my questions and they even say on the phone that "I am out here (at the front) and have no idea what the techs and doctors are doing in the back." Well, if you don't know the answer, isn't it your job to locate someone who can? Instead of giving client a bad attitude?
All these things happened within ONE visit.
