Overall, expect a long wait and not the best customer service. Go for the novelty of the product not the service. And don't show up two minutes before they close and expect to be served. Remember that these are kids working an hourly job. Be kind :)
Jolly Rolls is a novelty ice cream shop that makes unique ice cream creations and serves them rolled, not scooped. They employee mostly high school kiddos that are still learning a thing or two about customer service. The lines are long and it takes quite a bit of time to get your order out. The interior is small for the crowd they are pulling in and seating is very limited.
The ice cream rolls themselves are pretty neat. They have an overwhelming menu of flavors. The small is plenty big enough for me and came with 5 rolls. We ordered a Caramel Macchiato, Man-go Crazy, and Caribbean Queen. Pro-tip: check out their menu online before you come in. I actually liked the Caribbean Queen the best out of the three.
