I don't expect much from hotels but these guys missed out on the basics.
Check in was smooth but parking is $20/night. The room was clean and the view was awesome but the heat didn't work so sleeping next to a giant window was not great. I thought it would take a while to warm up but it didn't move past 65.
I woke up chilly and went to the coffeemaker but all they had was decaf. So, I decided to go warm up at the gym. They have an indoor pool but there was no water in it when I was there. I stopped by the desk to get some regular coffee but when I got back to my room I noticed the two I got were also both decaf. Palm to forehead...
