| - First things first, I am 3 weeks prego with my second child..
My first pregnancy I went to momdoc in tempe..
It was a nice location, very clean inside.. however, the staff wasnt so pleasent..
The two ladies in the lobby greet you with paper work and fill out information on their ipads.. they barely spoke to me and instead sat on their phones (every time i came in for an office visit) and also gossiped with eachother about other employess.. (HELLO we are RIGHT here).
Once in the room they come in with their ipads again, asking even more questions, still very disinterested in you, or even trying to be friendly.. more like we are a burden to their gossip and phone time. That was really the only problem we had with the tempe location.
Now, I went to the scottsdale location because its more convenient for me..
Walked in and was asked to leave a urine sample.. when i walked back to the bathroom there was blood on the toilet seat in more than one spot! I went and told the ladies at the front and instead of apologizing and getting up off of her lazy butt to go clean up the mess she pointed me to the other bathroom! When i came back to the lobby my husband told me they didnt even get up to clean the other bathroom! how gross!!! Then we finally get set up in a room, that is dirty of course.. someone elses old drinking cup was sitting on the table next to the bed.. the trash was COMPLETELY over filled and there was a metal trash can filled with stirrups in the room, and an old tissue on the floor... I was completely grossed out! The doctor came in, asked me questions she was pretty nice.. asked me if i had routine paps before my pregnancy (which i had) she kept questioning me like i was lying about it, and then also asked if they came back normal, i told her yes and she then said "so they never said you had any hpv?" WHAT THE HECK LADY.
Finally once that was over, we were told to wait in the room until the ipad girl came in to schedule our next appointment.. 5 minutes..10 minutes.. 15 minutes late i go looking for someone to see what the heck is taking so long only to find three of them standing there laughing at eachother.. i asked if we were supposed to stay in the room and keep waiting and she said "I'll be with you soon" only to go back to the room and wait another 5-8 minutes.
This place is a joke!!!! If you dont like dealing with people (especially pregnant moody people) get a diff. career.
