  • We had a great experience here recently. On a very busy Sunday, my husband and I decided to cash in on a couple of gift cards we'd received. The service was great, and Matt helped to make sure we found the right pairs of shoes. Unfortunately there was some confusion with one of the cards and Lacey at the cashier's stand spent about 20 minutes with us making sure we were able to redeem the card. She was professional and courteous. Although we were unable to leave with the items we purchased, Road Runner agreed to ship our items directly to us- saving time and money. They definitely went the extra mile (get the running joke?) to keep their customers happy! Thank y'all so much for the help!
