  • Horrible service! Staff sucks. Never ever, ever go to this location. They're rude, unprofessional, and treat customers like they don't need their business. They charge $25 just to pack your box. YES $25!! For tape and peanuts. Also, I felt discriminated against as well as I was told To leave the store since I chose to pack the box myself. A box I purchased from them. Meanwhile another guy that was I the store packed his box in the store and was not told to leave. Although I'm a minority I won't call it a racial issue but was treated differently after I chose to not buy into their $25 packing scam. If I could give no stars I would. Horrible example of a UPS center. I've had good experiences at other UPS stores, but this one was horrible. If you currently have or plan to work or run a UPS STORE COME HERE TO LEARN WHAT NOT TO DO!!!
