  • If I could give zero stars, I would. My daughter went in for a trim; she has a short cut, so she asked for a stylist with experience with women's short hair. The woman behind the desk made sarcastic and rude comments about how everyone in there was an expert, demanded my daughter sit in her chair, and then, in my opinion, screwed up my daughter's hair on purpose. My daughter asked the stylist to trim around the bottom and then blend the trim up through the top. The stylist then proceeded to shave the sides and back of her head with a 2, no blending at all. My daughter is practically bald, all the way up to the crown of her head!! If I could sue for damages, I would. She was supposed to get Senior portraits taken, and now who knows when that will happen as we wait for her hair to grow back!
