  • Ok, I would be very pleased to write the first Yelp review on this company. I hope that other people in need of a GREAT A/C company will call this company first. They give free estimates over the phone, have extremely reasonable rates, and are always prompt and on-time. Caroline is their primary phone rep and she will always get back to you if you have to leave a message. They are a small family owned company and even have discount coupons online for first-time customers. I was in desperate need of an A/C company at 1:00AM when I moved into a house. It was the summer in AZ and it was hotter inside the house then it was outside. They offer 24 hour Emergency Service and they come out when you need them. The first impression was awesome as their tech Russel was friendly, courteous, professional, and clean. He examined everything, filled the freon, and came back in the morning hours when the sun was up so he could further examine the unit. This company KNOWS customer service and I have been fortunate to be able to use them 3 different times. Well, not really fortunate as it involves an A/C issue in AZ but they are great to work with. Today I had called them to examine a unit on another home. He beat me to the house, had already collected the serial number information and called to check the warranty info for me. He did a thorough examination inside and I felt at ease, once again, due to their great work. These guys are great and I highly recommend them!!
