ridiculous. Just TRY to renew a prescription! They don't send any confirmation message to your email,when you renew through the website. They don't answer the phone,just endless looping of sales messages. Can't sell anything without customers. After 2 days of phone messages and emails,I give up.
Since I have posted this review,Diamondback's marketing people have been in touch. They say that they are in the process of rebuilding their website's issues. The marketing people have been very nice,and appear to be interested in maintaining a positive image. That said,I will change my review when I try to renew my cat's prescription the next time. In the mean time,do NOT wait til the last minute to renew prescriptions that your pet needs. I have been down this road before,and never,ever rely on a business to ship when you need them to,
ALWAYS order early!!
