  • They ALWAYS get my order wrong. I'm vegetarian and I can't tell you HOW many times I've had to come back because there was meat on my sandwich or it was a completely different sandwich than what I ordered. I always check before I leave now, having to open the whole sandwich up, just in case. My trust is super thin at this Jimmy Johns. I'll stick to my boyfriends side of town. They always make sure my (very simple) order is right and I leave satisfied.
