Lots of businesses can deliver good service. Very few know how to make it right when things go wrong.
In an online market saturated with soulless, multinational retailers, Wild North Flowers stands out: they use local grown bulbs only; they donate part of their proceeds to charity; their website and checkout process doesn't suck.
But what really stands out is their customer service. I had an issue with the delivery of my order, and they did everything they needed to to make things right: calling the courier, instructing their delivery person to be sensitive to the circumstances, being in constant and prompt contact with me throughout the entire process. While this time around wasn't perfect as regards delivery, I'm confident they'll get it right next time, and every time thereafter. I'll keep ordering from Wild North - you should, too.
