As several have mentioned, service has gone downhill recently. I returned from a long business trip late on Friday last week, and called from the runway to have my car pulled around. When I arrived, they had not even started to retrieve it yet. I waited for a half hour, asking a few times where is my car, and was told that it's on its way. Finally I asked again and was told that it was "over there." Had to walk almost to the entrance of the deck to find it just parked there with several other cars. Who knows how long it had been sitting there. No offers to help with luggage either. I wanted to go back in and ask for my tip back! Definitely a frustrating and disappointing experience.
