The worst customer service I had in a long time... I been a member for over 10 yrs and to be treated the way It was an outraged. ... they need to do more training with the older employees revised their knowledge on company policy.I went to get a new debit card mind you I hadnt lost it and brought it in because it just wasnt reading when it was swipped. She tells me I have to pay a fee to obtain a new one,seriously?! I didnt lose it , damage it ect and have to pay because its defective. And its not so much how much it is but the fact I have pay for something I cant control? These cards have been recently made a new style which according to them is safer but are actually made so cheaply even the designs fade. I dont think it reflects well when a big bank provides this type of service and product. Wheres the customer service there?
