  • The manager, Nick, answered the phone, was so personable, reminded me of the local stationers that existed before Staples! He knows what products are on hand. I found the section, with many choices, just as Nick had said on the phone. He popped by the aisle, just the right offer of help. He allowed me to browse, came back around, offered some tips. Nick was at the register when I checked out, and he made sure I received a current discount, which nicely offset the small cost of the extended warranty. I bought two versions of a product, and went back an hour later, a few moments before closing, to return one, and purchase two more of the brand Nick recommended (was a better product fit for my preference). Another friendly person rang up my exchange, and Nick gave his oversight, along with the discounts. A memorable, professional and enjoyable experience. Nick handles technical support, and I will return to this particular Staples for office supplies and advice in the future. Highly recommend!
