  • I'm disgusted with this place! Just got a pedicure with my girlfriend. We are both cosmetologists so we know the sanitation standards for state board regulations and this place was definitely NOT demonstrating proper sanitation! They were reusing the cuticle tools and everything! Emery boards are supposed to be disposed after each use because they are porous material. Not only that but my technician was rude the only words she said to me was "up" and "down" and spoke Vietnamese to her coworker the entire time. Not personable at all! If I acted this way to a client of mine you best believe they would not be happy and not return for a second service. Not to mention it was a straight hustle as soon as I sat in the chair they tried to upgrade my service and add on services. When I said I just wanted basic she rolled her eyes. Awful! I will not be going back here and have half a mind to turn them into state board!
