Purchased home in Lone Mountain subdivision of Cave Creek..have 10 year structural warranty. At year 7 noticed large cracks with some plaster falling in kitchen. Called Pulte..they told me to hire a Structural Engineer and if it was found Pulte is at fault they will reimburse. I was treated brusquely by 'Teresa' in 'Customer Service'. I asked to escalate call to Manager and they connected me to Voice Mail..3 days later still no returned call. I am getting jerked around on an issue that should be covered by Pulte. This is a despicable company that has caused me much heartache in this purchase over the last 7 years. POOR quality workmanship and horrible customer service. They will talk down to you and get very nasty with $10/hour clerks telling you that they are your only recourse in (not)handling issues. I think not..I will be pursuing this matter further with Pulte and maybe outside if there is no resolution. BUYER BEWARE!!
