  • If the store has a crowd, be prepared to wait a VERY LONG time. Seems they are very unorganized, lots of store employees but the whole experience is very stressful. A wait to be fitted, a wait to have shoes brought out, because every employee is helping at least 2 other customers between you. Once you finally get to register, it's another excruciating wait. The employees are trying to get everyone to upgrade to a rewards program that entails a long speech to each customer. I had to order a pair of shoes to be delivered to my home and that receipt comes out in the back which means more waiting and waiting and waiting. Finally I asked another employee to check on my receipt in the back. Really, how long does it take to grab a receipt???? 1 1/2 hours later, I left store. Never again. If I'm spending $250, I don't want to be stressed.
