Terrible experience. I also had a Groupon for an iPad screen repair. I had a small crack in my white frame screen corner. I had to wait a MONTH before they would let me bring it in. Then I got it back and there were blue streaks under the screen. I told them it was unacceptable and the original crack wasn't even In the viewing area but the blue streaks are all over the screen. They had a very defensive attitude and they said if I want a quality screen I'll have to purchase a SECOND screen at regular price otherwise since I had a Groupon that I got what I paid for! Are you kidding me? Customers that have good experiences write good reviews and bring their personal MacBook, iPads, iPhones in for repair. We also recommend these services to the companies we work for in offices right down the street that have over 25 apple computers. Customers with a bad experience leave a bad review and get our money back. I got a full refund with Groupon.
