  • Completely disregard my last review!!! I came back to Omescape Scarborough to do the very popular Virus Outbreak room, and the new room that's called Defence of the Magic Academy... or something? Can't remember. Both were ah-ma-zing. Omescape Scarborough truly trumps all other escape room locations I've been to in terms of originality, creativity, and technology. Their use of space in the new magic room is very unique. The puzzles were super engaging for the whole group, and so clever. The room is slightly based on the HP series. They give you 90 minutes for this one because it is PACKED with puzzles. There's just puzzle after puzzle and each one is really fun to figure out. The Virus Outbreak room is a little more challenging--the Magic room is more straightforward, I would say--but still, great room appearance, genius puzzles and just an overall amazing experience. Also, in the Magic room there is a lil personal surprise that got my group so excited! If you ever do this room, you'll see what I mean. 10/10 would recommend to all the escape room enthusiasts out there.
