  • For cheap fast food, Cookout really is top dollar. The food isn't gourmet by any standards, but for the value it's pretty good. The value tray they promote really is an entree plus 2 sides and a drink (shakes for $1 extra) for $4.99. You really can't beat it. Granted, chicken nuggets are only 3 and so is the onion rings but include that with a burger or bbq sandwich or a dozen other items, you will be stuffed. I share w my kiddo and the amount was perfect. Also, the customer service really was great. They actually wanted to help and serve! Not too shabby!
