  • Located on the North side, right near my work. Always come in here to freshen up on my Lunch break and check out the deals. Ulta runs many promotions in their weekly ads with promos that can save you up to 50% off stuff. Can find some amazing steals esp if you become apart of their mailer- they send you 3$ off a 15$purchase quite frequently. Compared to Sephora- they do have eyebrow and hair services and they do offer lower end products (NYC brand etc) with wide selection. But the higher end products, they are the same price and they do have some product Sephora doesn't have. Just like Sephora they also offer their own ULTA brand stuff which are not bad a tall, especially with deals like BOGO on lipsticks, concealers, pressed powders when there is specials What I DO NOT LIKE about ULTA is that they are super wasteful. They Don't have as many sample products on the floor to try and when you wanna see what one color lipstick looks like against another- they wont open up one to let you see the color- They MAKE YOU BUY IT and return it if you don't like it. WHAT A WASTE Not only do I have to make 2 trips to the store but then the store has to run multiple transactions. Also THEY DONT OFFER SAMPLES LIKE SEPHORA which means you can't try face masks, shampoos, etc at home. Phoneicia helped me get a couple lipsticks and was super sweet and helpful.
