  • My first time visiting uoft health center and my overall experience is great. I think the main reason why the rating is so low is because the waiting time, if you come here in the morning right when they open you will wait for a long time in line. Because there will only be 1 reception open and it's super slow. But you can always make an app online and self-check in which is fast and convenient. Also i find the line start to died down around 9:30 or 10, so don't come in the morning when they open. My app was at 9:15 to get my TB test done and immunization form filled. i had an app with the nurse and she was really nice, explained a lot of things i think she was called Sarah. Overall experiment is great, didn't wait for long and the staff seems nice :) Would recommend
