  • I had an appointment for my 1 year old daughter to get a blood draw from her doctor. I had the email that just stated that children needed to be supervised while there. I brought along my 3 year old son because I supervise both of my children all day. Upon arrival I was told they wouldn't take me back because their policy is 1 adult per 1 child under 8 years old. They said it was for my children's safety. I am very upset because it takes a few days to set appointments and doing these things with kids are never easy and the policy isn't stated on their website or the email they sent me. Very poor customer service. I wish I could use a different lab.
