  • Very rude staff. Went in there for a weapon qualification and from the start they were rude and sarcastic with me. The black guy that was conducting the weapon qualification for me was confusing me with all these unnecessary weapons checks and functions that he just expected me to know and when I didnt know what he was talking about he pretty much made fun of me for not knowing saying I shouldn't be shooting if I don't know anything about guns, when maybe him as the expert should probably be teaching me. He was rude to me the whole time and very unhelpful. I ended up failing the qualification and he wanted me to pay again and try all over again but nope, never coming back here again, never taking a weapons qualification here again and never coming shooting here again. I ended up leaving and later going to American Shooters where I was helped much better and even given tips on how to shoot better. As an armed security guard, NRA member and Reservist in the military I will make sure to never recommend this place to anyone and let them know to take their business to American Shooters, a much better range with better instructors, instead.
