Even though I had agreed to purchase a vehicle from Avondale Toyota, the persistence (3 followup calls) of the Internet sales Mgr. Phoung Huynh convinced me to drive 45 miles to Chandler because she was sure they could offer the best deals available. Having my Avondale offer in hand I acquiesced. It was a challenge for a better deal. The new vehicle they offered was a different and more attractive model than what I had agreed to in Avondale. I hadn't even been shown this type of model in Avondale. The accessories were the same and the vehicle was a fantastic sport model with an interior trim color and larger sport wheels surpassing the model I was ready to buy at Avondale. Add to that the most fantastic salesperson on the planet, "Griz" Griffin and even though I felt really bad about abandoning my deal at Avondale, the vehicle, pricing, and accessories were totally superior. I can't say enough about my buying experience at Big Two.
