  • Catskill Auto is the most honest auto mechanic we have ever dealt with. On more than one occasion, Tom has comped us significant work, labor, and parts when the thing he has fixed has not worked out completely no fault of his own. Just this morning we went to pick up our car from brake work, they were getting a little wobbly, and Tom would not let me pay. He took the problem upon himself because he had worked on our breaks a long time ago. We never ever expected it to be comped, as it seemed like routine maintenance to us. This is not the first time that Tom has comped us. Bottom line: Tom at Catskill Auto is fanatical about guaranteeing his work. And he's the most honest businessman I've ever dealt with.
