  • Small parking lot combined with customers who are crazed for their caffeine and in a hurry for work is a BAD combination. This cause an instant aggravation headache and a reminder why I generally don't go to these places. But on the positive side the inside was CLEAN and the customer service was excellent. Their baked goods were well stocked. Polite customer service rep was quick to fill my order. When I asked for a receipt, she apologized and smiled and wished me a nice day. Customer service and a clean store goes a long way with me and it earned them the 3 stars.
