  • This place recently moved into this location which was once the good groomer. I didn't know this until I walked in any everything looked completely different and virtually empty. when i called to schedule my pooch I found it odd that they were willing to take him so late in the morning and asked if I was fact calling good groomer. The lady said yes which I found to be misleading once I learned it wasn't. Since I drove 6miles out of the way i figured I'll give them once chanice to see how they do. The young clean cut man was super nice, but the lady answering the phone had somewhat of an unpleasant attitude as though she'd rather be somewhere else. I asked to trim the hair down to a certain level but when i arrived my dog was practically bald! Down to the skin. The paws had more hair on them and were choppy uneven. My dogs demeanour changed as though he was in shock or traumatized. My husband thinks im too critical of most things but even he agreed something wasnt right. My dog shivered for weeks after that. Ive found where my groomer relocated and its much closer to me thank goodness. Sianara urban mutts sorry. Plus urban mutts charged me more.
