The owner of 28GO is also the chef. His food is incredible. I have followed him to 4 or 5 different restaurants. My wife and I go to 28GO almost every week. The prices are very low but the flavor and quality rivals anything you would find at a top restaurant on the Strip. I have not found anything there I don't like. My favorites are Ribs vs. Thighs, Crabcake Sliders, and the Fillet Mignon. I have also been a fan of his jasmine-infused sake (served hot) for years.
Any time friends come to town, I take them to 28GO.
