  • Got a monthly package. Went a couple times. Great staff and great service. BUT IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CALL AND SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT -- they don't pick up the phone! Pretty frustrating. I'll be canceling my monthly service, I've called over 5 different times to schedule. Why is it hard to pick up the phone? Disappointing would be an understatement.
