| - Check in: horrible experience. Despite having checked in online and being told to proceed to the "key pickup" line, it took over 20 minutes to get that key and a room assignment. There were no agents manning the pre-checked line, but every once in a while one of the agents at the other line would wave the front of our line over.
Room: nice size, nice bathroom and amenities, decent bed, but... while getting ready to go out to dinner, the water went out (completely). Despite being told on the phone three time over the course of an hour that it would be back up "in 5-10 minutes", it took well over that hour's time to resume, but too late for us to make our dinner reservation. NO concern from the guest relations, no adjustment to our bill, and guess what? NO repeat business from us in the future.
The adjacent/connecting shopping mall does have some nice shops and restaurants, and the casino was OK.
Self-parking seems even farther from the hotel at this property than the typical Las Vegas resort, and was our only option, because "Valet parking FULL" sign was up during our entire stay.
