  • Horrible experience with this dealership from the time we entered the door. Unfortunately Jay and Mark are basically pathological liars, but lets go in order. 1.) They advertise a price that isn't accurate. i drove 7 hours for a car that ended up being more than they told me over the phone and on their website. 2.) They lied directly to my face over and over again about warranties. I asked specifically multiple times over and over if I paid it off early, if the warranties would be a huge chunk of money vs a monthly subscription of sorts and if that's the case I dont want any of them. Was assured by multiple people (both finance guys) thats not how it was which seemed odd but when dealing with these kinds of people they'll say whatever they have to. 3.) They released the car to us before the loan got funded and when the loan company changed their mind they made us drive 7 hours back to return it and then charged me $1700. Honestly what kind of business can stay afloat treating people like that? Next is google review, Facebook review, and the BBB. id check literally anywhere else before coming here, they've went crazy down hill.
