  • Asked to get a cup of ice and the barista said they charge for that and it would cost me 50 cents for a grande cup of ice. Wth?! I go to Starbucks practically every day and this is the FIRST time I've ever heard of this, or was ever charged for ice! But ok fine! I said that's fine and went to grab my purse for 50 cents and she said, "oh, you'll have to go to the end of the line for that." Uhh...seriously? I have to stand in line for 50 cents of ice when there's about 7 people in line and it would take me 15 mins before I get it? It's not like she couldn't take it and ring it up later. It's just ice!!! Mind you, she was NOT making any drinks or doing anything at the time. It would have taken her 30 seconds to get me ice, but no...of course, she couldn't do that for a regular VIP Starbucks card customer. Worst service ever! Starbucks service has really gone down because people like her just don't really care about customer service or their returning customers. I'm really considering buying my coffee elsewhere from now on.
