Terrible service tonight, 11/25/17. When we got into line we were 3rd in line and the ones in front were talking about how there's only one cashier. The line started to grow and the manager on duty didn't seem like he cares. He was too busy recovering and hiding behind the shampoos and makeup ignoring customers request for another cashier. Another employee was looking at him like he was waiting for direction but it didn't look like he got any, so he made the decision to jump on a register after our 3rd or 4th request for another cashier. By now there were about 6 people in line and 1 in returns/exchanges. Poor girl by herself was doing her busy trying to work the line. I understand it's 10:45pm and it's almost closing, but doesn't customer service come first? This is our favorite Ross as it's near by and normally the crew is friendly and on point. Not sure what happened tonight but definitely needs better management. Hopefully this is viewed as an opportunity for improvement for this manager. Pull the cameras if you think I'm exaggerating. Wouldn't be surprised if the others in line complained as well.
