  • I have been to downtown location numerous time, and this is my first visit to North York location. It is new and just opened 3 weeks ago. Good - Compares to the downtown location, North York one is more spacious and there are more sitting area. Service is consistent which is friendly and prompt. Neutral - It offers full menu, same as downtown location, but it runs out some special items fast, e.g. houchija softserve was unavailable at the time I visited. It will offer hot food item like matcha soup noodles in their second floor in the future. Bad - Food quality is less than downtown location. Matcha softserve is still creamy but has some bitterness. Some Mochi are hard and frozen. Houchija float is watery and lack of flavour after awhile. I hope the management will improve the quality. I will visit the downtown location until I hear improvements or when they offer hot food items.
