  • I lived here for six months and did not enjoy my stay at all. I was trying to find a short term rental so I could buy a home. This happened to be close to work and family. it turned into a nightmare. When I first moved in there were no screens on two of the windows. Since I had a cat I requested they be added for safety. It never did get done even after about four months of asking (eventually I just gave up) At month 5 we had the first rain in over 100 days so I did not know that the roof leaked. And it leaked all over my brand new TV and computer equipment. I had renters insurance but since the leak was due to lack of maintaining the roof, they would not cover it. And we all know the apartment complex was not going to cover it. When I gave my 30 days notice I was told that because the shower wall had caved in (the tile had literally fallen off the wall and created a hole!) that I would not be getting my deposit back. Seriously!!! How was a hole due to water leaking my fault? I told them three times about that. I will never recommend this place to anyone unless they want to live in a rat hole!
