  • My sister and I were really excited about coming to creamberry. When we arrived there was a younger girl working she was very sweet and helpful. What seemed like the managers were in the back we ordered a couple of macaroons a coffee and I asked for a cup of water. She went to go ask the manager we overheard them talking about me asking for a cup of water my sister and I over heard them they said that we are not going to give her a cup water she can buy bottled water. Not to mention after I purchased my dessert and coffee I left her a tip. She never told me she couldn't give me a cup water she acted like she forgot so I asked her again can I have a cup of water please then she said unfortunately we have no plastic cups to put water in would you like a bottled water mind you there were plastic cups directly behind her out in the open. You really can't offer your customers water! five cent plastic cups mean that much to your business? Well I hope you stack up those pennies we will not be returning nor will we ever recommend this dessert place.
