  • And that is being very GRACIOUS!!!! I have lived in this complex 7 years. I received my renewal letter this month asking to renew lease or to vacate. My lease expires on 12-31-17 and I need to give notice by November 1, 2017. They require 2 months notification. On 10-28-17 I went to the rental office to extend my lease and I was informed by DARLENE (trash mouth at its finest) they would not renew my lease.......she said without cause. I have never done anything wrong in all the years living there. Rent never late. No complaints from neighbors. They are just looking to turn over apartments and charge new tenants MORE MONEY.......like she said, they have a waiting list of over 200......MONEY IN THE BANK. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPLEX AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
