This was my first experience at a Champagne Bar, and it was fun! Definitely be prepared to drop some dough, though, as the bottles of bubbly are not cheap.
We made our way to La Champagnerie at the end of a long day of exploring the city, myself and my family. One of the main draws of this place is that they open bottles with a sabre! Yes, its pretty dang cool.
You can actually have a quick tutorial and open your own bottle. The sabre breaks the top of the bottle clean off, and you drink away :)
I doubt I would come here for a meal, but as an after work spot for a drink or an upscale outing, definitely.
