  • This place caught my attention as I was driving by and thought I'd check it out, and I'm really glad I did. I stopped in for a cold draft beer...and it was really as cold as it gets...you know where there is a small hint of ice forming in the glass. I had the pleasure of meeting Jolene and Johnny and they were very friendly and welcoming. It was clearly a local bar, and you can tell most of the other patrons were quite happy there, and I didn't feel like an outsider. They had pretty good beer specials. The only criticism I have is that they ran out of bottled water, which was quite surprising. However, I was still able to get ice water. This was really no big deal, so it wasn't worth losing a star over it. I will definitely be back!
