After a very rough start through the first 5 weeks, they changed management and it's certainly been better. Maintenance has been more responsive, they came in and substantially improved the internet speeds, and there seems to be less problems with the building overall. Still, guest parking remains to be an issue so hopefully they can fix that for next year, and communication regarding building issues such as water outages could be more transparent. Additionally, Rise hasn't compensated any residents for everything they endured in the first few weeks, and our promised incentives from signing our lease next year still haven't been delivered. With that being said, things are starting to improve and I hope to see this place turn out to be the reality of what it is marketed as.
